Reiki Balance Session
A gentle and intuitive healing session with ongoing support

A Reiki Balance Session is designed to support relaxation, energetic balance, emotional healing, and a deeper connection with yourself.

In my sessions, I combine Reiki, intuitive coaching, intuitive insights, and guidance to help you release emotional blocks, understand and transform unwanted patterns, and reconnect with your inner wisdom, joy, and authentic self.

Each session is guided intuitively and tailored to your individual needs. Reiki works gently yet deeply, supporting the body's natural capacity for balance, healing, and restoration.

Sometimes a deeper movement of life force energy may naturally arise during a session. When this happens, I gently support the process while ensuring that it unfolds in a grounded, balanced, and sustainable way.

Sessions typically last between 60 and 90 minutes and include support and guidance to help you integrate your experience and continue your process.

For those who wish to continue their journey, I also offer a package of 5 sessions with a 10% discount.

Kundalini Flow is a gentle and intuitive process that supports the awakening and natural flow of your life force energy while keeping you deeply grounded, safe, and supported throughout the journey.

Each session is guided by your unique needs and readiness. Rather than forcing an experience, we work with what naturally wants to unfold, allowing the process to develop at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable for your nervous system.

As energy begins to move more freely, it may support emotional release, increased self-awareness, deeper connection to yourself, and a greater sense of clarity, aliveness, and inner trust.

Throughout the session, I offer intuitive guidance and support to help you navigate and integrate your experience. When beneficial, I may also incorporate Reiki balancing to support grounding, energetic harmony, and integration.
